Your safari begins with a pick-up at 8:30 AM from your hotel in Arusha. After meeting your driver-guide, you will depart for Tarangire National Park with a packed picnic lunch for a full-day game drive. Tarangire, Tanzania’s third-largest national park, is famed for its giant baobab trees and massive herds of elephants. The Tarangire River, the lifeline of the park, attracts a variety of wildlife such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, lesser kudus, buffaloes, oryxes, elands, giraffes, and zebras.
